Shipping Policy

How long before you get your purchase?

Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.


How do we deliver the orders?

We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners.


Is your order eligible for free shipping?

All orders above INR 1500 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping of Products

You can use the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website.

We’ll drop in a mail with the details shortly after your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email.

Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

What if you’re not around when we deliver?

Our delivery partners will try thrice, then it'll come back to us and your order will stand cancelled. Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.


For shipping within India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

What about Cash on Delivery?

We give the option of Cash on Delivery for selected pin codes.

Return & Exchange Policy
  • Product should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the price tags, labels, packing, and barcodes, invoice copy defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return.

  • The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.

  • Products under promotions/sale/discounts will not be accepted for returns.

  • In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect kindly get in touch with us immediately. We will request you to kindly email us the photographs of the defective product and appropriate action will be taken by our customer care team thereafter.

  • In case of return or exchange (other than damage & defects while receiving the parcel) logistics cost of return to be borne by the customer.

  • Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. 

  • Goods sold online will not be exchanged or returned on retail counters.
